Our Program

This training is partly lecture with hands-on practice.  You'll learn proven healing techniques and protocols developed and refined by Colleen over decades of successful client work.  Drawing on her experience as an intuitive, trained Craniosacral Practitioner, Emotional Release Specialist, energy healer, and certified coach using neurolinguistic techniques, this approach seamlessly blends science, energy, and intuitive mastery.

In this training, you will explore:

• Anatomy and Energy Integration:

  • Understand the key anatomical structures of the craniosacral system and how they relate to the chakra network and energy flow throughout the body.​

• Developing Listening Techniques:

  • "Listening" for subtle messages of the body through the Central Nervous System - attuning to patterns, rhythms, and shifts within the energetic field.​

• Energy Release and Regulation:

  • Identify and follow energetic release patterns that help clients gently unwind pain and tension rooted in mental, emotional, or physical trauma.​

• SomatoEmotional Release (SER):

  • Safely facilitate release of emotional memory held in the body through gentle, intuitive techniques and verbal cues for support.

• Integrative Practice:

  • Discover how to merge your existing modalities - energy work, body work, or intuitive healing - to create advanced levels of transformation for clients.​
