In the initial intensive intake session, Colleen helps identify the patterns you wish to correct. She provides you with tools to start your transformation process, including a first healing session. She intuitively channels guidance from Spirit and blends a multifaceted approach, customized to meet each client's needs.
Sessions are geared toward healing trauma and understanding self-love by connecting with your inner Divine Feminine power.
It is recommended that two follow-up sessions are completed within 4 months of the initial session for each transformational intention. Sessions includes: a customized approach for each client, craniosacral with energy healing, education, meditation, mindfulness techniques, at-home practice, homeopathic and flower essence recommendations and more.
