Virtual sessions offers coaching one issue at a time, meaning Colleen works with you to address a specific life challenge or goal and which helps you build into your long-term life plan. She works with you to identify you the core of the issue at hand.

Navigating life through holistic self-love is always the goal. Colleen creates a customized approach based on your individual situation.

Through education, practices, meditation, breathwork, and more you will learn to wield the natural power you have within yourself as a Divine Feminine being. She will teach you about the power you hold within yourself, the Divine Feminine and shadow work to empower you to release and clear old belief systems and create the life you desire.

​The initial intake session is a two-hour intensive that will identify your patterns, provide you with tools to start your transformation process, and includes a healing session. Colleen provides intuitive channeled guidance from spirit and blends a multifaceted approach customized to meet each client's needs. Sessions are geared toward helping you to address challenges around trauma, shadow work, and self-love by connecting to your inner Divine Feminine power. (*Deposit is non-refundable, but allows for rescheduling within 6-months.
