As you go through each chakra, you will sip delicious teas that match the energy of each one, from grounding earthy blends to bright, uplifting brews.

Between tastings, there will be gentle meditations, journaling, and reflection—nothing too serious, just space to unwind, learn, and connect.

There will be a short sound bath to support your crown chakra at the end.

Come in your comfy clothes and an open heart ready to enjoy mindful moments with great company. We have blankets and yoga mats, but you are welcome to bring your own.
