Join Erin and Colleen for this two-part experiential series designed to explore, understand, and embody the seven main chakras through movement, discussion, breathwork, and meditation.
Each evening blends accessible yoga, guided reflection, and subtle energy awareness practices to help you connect more deeply with your body and inner landscape.
We won’t just learn about the chakras — we’ll feel into them, move with them, and explore what balance (or imbalance) might look like in our daily lives.
This is a space for curiosity, conversation, and embodiment — no prior chakra knowledge required, all levels are welcome.
