6:30 doors open for community gathering. Promptly at 7:00 p.m. ~ you will join Colleen & Angel in a protected and sacred space where you can rest, receive, and allow your Lovelight to expand through sound and guided meditation, cultivating heart coherence.
When you arrive, you will receive a smudging and step into the sound bowl for clearing your energy field, then you will enter the sacred and protected circle where you are invited to slow down, release, and connect with the wisdom of your heart.
Within this sacred circle, we will begin by setting an intention. Then, Colleen will guide you through soft breathing practices and a heart-centered meditation designed to awaken awareness and deepen your connection to the intelligence of the heart.
