We will dive into your personality types and patterns that were created through conditioning, coping mechanisms, and trauma. Come to understand yourself differently and why you do what you do through exercises to uncover who you are beneath it all by identifying your personality patterns. The goal is not to “fix” who you are — it’s to understand yourself enough to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
This workshop will give you clarity so you can create alignment through strategic pivots.
